Police arrested a madrasa teacher in Khalishpur on Saturday morning on charges of sexually assaulting a student. The arrested Al Amin is a resident of Kashiani Upazila of Gopalganj and a teacher at Newsprint Mills Madrasa. Khalishpur Police Station Sub-Inspector Shah Alam said that the police arrested Al Amin after the victim's mother, Shiuli Begum, filed a case with the police station on August 2.
